March 2023 – Attorney at Law Mr Raivo Laus successfully defended our client in a big criminal case. The Central Criminal Police suspected several employees of the Rural Development Fund in neglegence for issuing non-compliant loans in the aggregate amount of 24 million euros.
The criminal proceedings against our client were ended within the pre-court proceedings.
